Our Services
Individual Therapy
At your appointment you will meet with the support staff first to complete necessary paperwork. You will be informed of your Client Rights & Responsibilities and Confidentiality. Your counselor will then meet with you to begin the Intake & Assessment process. Together you and the counselor will decide on a treatment plan and frequency of sessions. Overall, the individual counseling sessions will be focused on YOU!
Children/Adolescents
Age appropriate therapy methods are used by our trained counselors to help children and adolescents prevent or resolve attachment, behavioral, emotional, relational & family difficulties. Therapy may also address life challenges such as school, friendships, stress and trauma.
We accept insurance & self-pay clients.

Families and couples can experience many life challenges. We are here to help guide you through these, while giving you the skills to do so. We offer onsite or in office counseling services for employees and their immediate family members who may be experiencing personal, marital, relationship or family problems, which may be interfering with work. Also, we assist the business by providing trainings to supervisors and other staff regarding topics such as: stress, anxiety/depression, workplace wellness, communication, harassment and substance abuse.
